The complex comprises:

During the cold months of the year the complex disposes of steam heating which gives the possibility for year round use.
The town of Byala is situated in ecologically clean region. The city of Varna is located 50 km to the north and the resort complex “Sunny Beach” and the town of Nesebar 40 km to the south.
The complex is a new construction and has been used since 2004.
